Josh is a Washington State native, raised around the Seattle and Tacoma area. He earned his BA from the University of Washington, an MBA from Jacksonville University, and his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law before returning home to practice.

Since 2015 he has built Brumley Law Firm into a personal injury practice serving all of Western Washington, from its main office in Kent to appointment locations from Bellingham to Vancouver. He has also served as a pro-tem judge, seeing the courtroom from both sides of the bench.

Josh is a Washington State native who came up around Seattle and Tacoma, earned his BA at the University of Washington, an MBA at Jacksonville University, and his JD at Florida Coastal School of Law. He came home to build a firm that treats every client like a neighbor, because most of them are.

He has sat on both sides of the courtroom, including service as a pro-tem judge, and he has led his profession as a two-term President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association. He is a barrister member of the American Inns of Court and a member of the Puyallup and Tulalip Tribal Bars, the South King County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.
